What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
We offer nationwide delivery within 2-5 business days. Shipping is free on orders over €100, while a flat rate of €7.50 applies to smaller orders.
How do you ensure my wine arrives safely?
All bottles are packed in specially designed, reinforced cardboard dividers and protective outer boxes to prevent breakage during transit.
What is your return policy for damaged or corked wine?
If you receive a damaged bottle or find a wine to be faulty (corked), please contact us within 14 days for a full refund or a replacement bottle.
Can I track my order once it has been shipped?
Yes, once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to our courier's live tracking portal.
Do you offer Click & Collect services?
Yes, you can order online and select the 'Click & Collect' option at checkout to pick up your wine from any of our retail locations free of charge.
How do I know if a wine is vegan or organic?
We clearly label dietary and production information on each product page. You can also use our site filters to browse exclusively for vegan, organic, or biodynamic wines.
