The Loire remains the home of great-value Sauvignon Blanc. Aimé Boucher was founded in 1923 in the Touraine appellation of the Loire Valley, near the Château de Chambord. The winery is now run by Famille Bougrier, one of the Loire's most established winemaking families, with a long track record of producing well-priced wines that are true to the region.
Serve well chilled. The winery recommends it as an aperitif, with smoked or grilled salmon, or with goat's cheese.
