The Story

Making wines since 1841, the Familia Fuertes-owned Bodegas Luzón is one of the most historic wineries in the DO of Jumilla in the southeast of Spain and Alma is one the estates top wines. The Monastrell grapes in the blend come from a 45-year-old, dryland vineyard on the slopes Santa Ana mountain range. The Syrah grows at 700 metres above sea level on a sandy soil, all the grapes are hand harvested.
