Chanson Chassagne-Montrachet

Domaine Chanson is one of the great Burgundy houses, founded in 1750, and now owned by Champagne Bollinger, who have invested heavily in the vineyards and winery. This is an outstanding rich and full-bodied oaked single-vineyard Chardonnay displaying floral blossom aromas mixed with citrus peel, honey and vanilla from the oak fermentation. Complex and beautifully textured, this is a sublime example of top Chassagne-Montrachet.
