Domaine Chanson are highly regarded as one of the finest producers in Burgundy, with a history dating to 1750 and now owned by Champagne Bollinger, who have invested heavily in the winery and vineyards.This Chardonnay grapes for this wine come from their own part of the famous Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru Les Chenevottes vineyard. A highly refined Burgundy with a superb palate driven by this mineral rich terroir supported by high grade French oak. A class act this is still in its youth but is showing superb, complex aromas and depth of flavour just now and will age gracefully for a further 3-5 years if cellared well.
