The vineyards of Pouilly Fuissé are located in the southern part of Burgundy, so benefit from additional sun giving ripe fruit balanced by a crisp freshness. The 2016 vintage saw a cool winter and a warm dry summer, after harvest mid-September, the wine was partially aged in oak casks giving some roundness and texture to the wine.
