The Irish family owners, Brenda and Lochlann Quinn, fell in love with Château de Fieuzal in 2001. Joined now by winemaker Stephen Carrier who’s vast ‘New World’ experience, has helped cement the properties 400-hundred-year history to Fieuzal’s modern expression of Pessac-Léognan. A blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon, Château de Fieuzal Blanc has lifted notes of citrus, green fruit, acacia, and a touch of exotic fruit, the palate has a hint of toast, with green fruits and refreshing acidity along with a mineral note.
