Cork Dry Gin has been around since 1941 but its origins stretch right back to the 1790s. It remains a very popular gin to this day and is something of a grand dame of the Irish gin scene. A complex combination of juniper berry, lemon, lime, coriander - and a closely guarded mystery ingredient – gives it a crisp and refreshing flavour.
