Girardin Meursault `Les Grands Charrons`

Pierre Girardin, son of Vincent Girardin completed his first vintage aged 21 on his families’ 4.5 hectares of top-quality vineyards. In conversion to organic farming of his individual sites, his focus is the expression of these sites with purity and precision. In the cellar, Pierre practises low-intervention winemaking, uses indigenous yeasts and employs custom-made 456-litre barrels from François et Frères to preserve freshness. Vincent Girardin Meursault has aromas and flavours of almonds, white fruits, acacia flower, peach, and a smoky hint, the palate is full, rich, and concentrated with a refreshing citrus finish.
