On the nose, it has sweet spicy notes of vanilla, cinnamon and clove balanced with apple and pear fruit and some charred wood and freshly cut hay. Smooth and full-bodied. on the pallet. Sweet vanilla and black peppercorns with a fresh citrus fruit and subtle grassy notes. A barley and oak finish with a touch of creamy dairy fudge and dark chocolate adds to the complexity.
