Las Cenizas Chardonnay

The vineyards of this modern Chilean Chardonnay are located at the base of the Los Andes mountain range, in the southern areas of Curico, Maule, and Rapel. These areas are cooler and allow for a much gentler slower ripening, where we acidity the citric characters of Chardonnay can be retained. The wine has a brilliant aspect, with pale green tones, the aromas show ripe citric fruits, orange rinds, some pineapple and along with a slight mineral character, the palate is rich with a light creaminess and a fresh crisp acidity.
