MacIvors Plum & Ginger is a blend of their Medium Irish Cider with plum and ginger juice, where the apples marry with the rounded flavour of plum and the heat of ginger. Like all MacIvors ciders, it's cold-pressed from 100% fresh apple juice and slow-fermented using natural yeasts.
At 3.4% ABV it's the lightest of the range, for those who prefer a fruit-forward style. The ginger adds warmth without overpowering the apple base.
