The Story
From one of our top selling estates, our unoaked red is made from grapes from the Vin de Pays d'Oc vineyards that are situated across France’s Languedoc region. The grapes are harvested when they’re perfectly ripe, then they’re destemmed, crushed and left to ferment for around 6 to 12 days. The result is a smooth red that’s beautifully balanced and offers great value. (If you’re wondering, it takes its name from the Mistral, a wind that blows across the region!)
