A fine white port made out of traditional white grape varieties such as a Malvazia Fina and aged in wood barrels for three years. White Port is known as a classic aperitif, recommended to be drunk chilled and served with olives and roasted almonds. It's also very pleasant on the rocks garnished with a slice of orange.
