The White Hag is one of Ireland's most ambitious craft breweries, based in Ballymote, Co. Sligo, and known for pushing the boundaries. Púca is their wild fermentation range, named after the shape-shifting spirit of Irish folklore and built around a house-cultivated wild yeast that gives each beer its character.

Berry Hibiscus & Ginger is a cloudy, low-alcohol sour brewed with oats, lemon peel, coriander, hibiscus, rosehips, and ginger. The wild yeast does the heavy lifting, creating a naturally tart, complex base, while the botanicals layer in floral and spiced notes. At just 3.5% ABV, it's a genuinely satisfying drink.

If you are new to sour styles, this is a great one to start with. Serve well-chilled in a tulip glass and admire the beautiful pink colour.
